Third "Back to School Pop-Up" Hosted by the Sigma Cares Foundation Join us for the third annual "Back to School Pop-Up," presented by the Sigma Cares Foundation! This event is open to all K-12 students in New Castle County and includes free school supplies, tasty treats, and haircuts. Event Highlights:- Complimentary School Supply Donations: Registered students receive a backpack filled with essential supplies.- Complimentary Water Ice and Pretzels: Sponsored by Cool J's Water Ice.- Complimentary "Cuts and Curls" Hair Styling: Provided by Pink Salon. Note: Registration is required for hair styling services. Limited availability.Complimentary Hairstyling ("Cuts and Curls") registration is limited to students entering grades PK-12. Any student desiring hairstyling services must register in advance as space is limited. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
