However, they often face challenges in securing the financial resources needed to obtain training.

Nurses and midwives working in rural areas face additional hurdles in accessing the education and training they need to provide the best possible care to their communities. It is our duty to support these dedicated professionals who have chosen to serve in areas where their skills are needed the most.
