The goal of the Annual Bear Valley Cultural Arts Association Art Show is to provide artists a venue to exhibit and sell their work, and the public to enjoy and purchase art.  This application is for all 2024 artists who wish to display their art. The 2024 Art Show is September 21 - 29, 2024 at the Oak Tree Country Club 29500 N. Lower Valley Rd., Bear Valley Springs. All purchased items will be retrieved by purchasers on September 30th. Monies due to the artist for purchases and the 10% commission will be settled on September 30th.  The BVSCAA will be collecting all monies either by Zeffy (preferred method) or checks. BVSCAA will not be accepting cash for purchases. BVSCAA will pay each artist their purchase fees minus the 10% commission. ALL ARTISTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO FILL AT LEAST ONE DOCENT SHIFT OF 2 HOURS DURING THE ART SHOW. A CLASS WILL BE GIVEN ON CORRECT DOCENT PRACTICES.
