VENDOR INFORMATION<ol><li style="box-sizing:inherit">The fair will be 9am-2:30pm on May 4th. You are required to stay the entire time, even if you have sold out.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Vendors may come as early as 7:30 am to set up, please come by 8:30am for parking. Parking for vendors will be behind E building. Please enter on the cafeteria side through the fire lane, the person checking you in can guide you to unload and park. If you are a food vendor you may enter through the front of the campus from the parking lot(map will be provided.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Craft booths in the cafeteria, the stall area is about 9x7 ft. Booths under the building covering are about 2 feet deep and 10 feet long (narrow but long). Booths outside will need to fit under a pop up tent.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Food vendors will be placed in front of  E building(not in the parking lots, we want to have as much parking as possible for customers) If you require an outlet and you are in that spot, you will need to bring an extension cord to reach the outlet inside the classroom.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">You may pull up to the cafeteria or to your vendor stall to unload. The area to drive on is narrow so if someone is unloading before you it will be difficult for you to move past and you may need to wait. I would suggest being prepared to dolly your items if needed. Everyone will need to move their vehicles to vendor parking by 8:30am</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">The stall fee is $45. You may share your area with another vendor, but the fee will be charged separately.  </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">The Stall fee will be due on APRIL 12TH.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Someone will be there to greet you at either entrance (in the back by the cafe or front parking lot) to check you in and  help guide you to vendor parking and unloading areas. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Due to so many changes and requests for a certain stall at the last craft fair, this time we will be sending out a google form to secure which stall you would like. The form will ask you for your top 3 choices and your first choice will be given on a first come, first serve basis (time stamped). You will receive a map of the layout ahead of time. The form to secure your stall location will go out on APRIL 13TH at 4pm. Unfortunately there will be no refunds due to not getting the stall you would like. It is impossible to give every vendor a stall they want and if we give a refund then it defeats the purpose of securing your participation ahead of time.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">There are no restrictions on what you are selling (as long as it is family friendly) BUT if you are selling food please be sure to follow DOH guidelines and requirements. We do not work with DOH and do not know their requirements, please be sure that you check their website and follow their required documents. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Any booths stationed outside, you will need to bring your own tents. The map will specify what you will need to bring for that stall location. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">All vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, and pop up tents.
