The SHPE Scholarship Program Lotería Fundraiser

Over the past few years, we’ve proudly awarded 70 scholarships to low-income Latino/Hispanic/Latinx college students across Minnesota, helping future engineers, scientists, and innovators pursue their dreams.

Latinos/Hispanics remain significantly underrepresented in STEM fields. One major barrier is the high cost of tuition and fees. Our scholarship program directly addresses this by providing financial support to students in college  who need it most, ensuring they can focus on their education and break into these competitive fields.

Your generous contribution to our fundraiser will directly empower the next generation of diverse STEM leaders. Every dollar raised goes towards expanding our scholarship program, allowing us to help even more students overcome financial obstacles and achieve their academic and career goals.
