The overnight retreat includes four meals (Saturday lunch and dinner; Sunday breakfast and lunch) and overnight accommodation. The recommended donation all meals and the overnight stay is $30.

Setting aside time for extended practice, with the encouragement and support of a community, is a wonderful gift that we can offer to ourselves and each other. On most months, we host a Day of Mindfulness on the third Saturday, with the option to extend the day into an overnight retreat. Your donation helps us provide food and accommodation for you and other participants.
