These tickets are for the purchase of either Indoor Tables or Outdoor Tailgating spaces. Neither ticket provides access to the other. 

LOCATION DETAILS:

The Indoor Tables will be located inside the Grand Stage located on the second level near the Food Court of Vista Mall (Previously known as Music City Mall or Vista Ridge Mall) in Lewisville, Texas. The address is Vista Mall, North Entrance #6, 2401 S. Stemmons Freeway, Lewisville, TX 75067.

TICKET DETAILS:

Indoor Table Purchases will receive one General Admission Ticket and one Raffle Ticket per table purchased. The advertised door open time is 09:00 (9:00am) and we will close at 15:00 (3:00pm). Vendor setup will occur between Noon-18:00 (6:00pm) on Friday, June 2. We can not guarantee access for setup on the day of the event, so please plan accordingly.

Outdoor Tailgate Spaces will receive only a Tailgate Space and no General Admission Ticket or Raffle Ticket will be included. Outdoor tailgate sales may begin setting up at 06:00 (6:00am) local time with an advertised start of sale at 07:00 (7:00am). You may stay open till 15:00 (3:00pm) which is the conclusion of the event. Tailgate vendors may not leave the tailgating area until close of event or attendants give permission. This is for the safety of all involved.

VENDOR AGREEMENT:

This is an Amateur Radio Expo (Ham Fest). As a purchaser you agree to the following terms: 

1) Table or Tailgate assignments within event is strictly up to the committee to determine. 

2) Do not anticipate working power, if you need power please come prepared with a portable power pack (AC and/or DC). No internal combustion engine generators are allowed. (If you are selling generators in the Tailgate Area you may temporarily start the generator for demonstration purposes only.)

3) We strongly encourage you plan on bringing your own Cellular Hotspot (mall does have limited public Wi-Fi). 

4) All sales must be Amateur Radio Related. The sale of novels, graphic novels, books, electronics, etc must have a direct use for Amateur Radio. No soliciting donations for other charities or non-profits will be allowed. Any vendor that chooses to not adhere to the rules above will be asked to leave and table or tailgate purchase will be forfeited. No exceptions! Your acknowledgement to these rules is recorded by your purchase.
