Metrolina Phoenician Club

For heads of households and children up to age 21. Please only include your children if they are under age 22. Ages 22 and older will qualify for Individual Membership.

Any Membership submitted after June 30th will go towards 2025 MPC Membership so we align with the practices of the Southern Federation of Syrian Lebanese American Clubs.
