2025 TPO Chapter Dues Payment and 2025 Fundraising Obligation Acceptance

This payment is for the 2025 TPO Chapter dues. By paying your 2025 dues, you accept the responsibility to satisfy the 2025 Fundraising Obligation.

Payment is due by December 21, 2024. Any dues paid after this date will incur a 10% late fee (TPO Bylaws Article VII, Section 5).

Dues for the 2025 fiscal year will not be accepted until all financial assessments for 2024 have been satisfied (TPO Bylaws Article VII, Section 6).

At the November 16, 2024 chapter meeting, the chapter voted and approved the assessment of a 2025 fundraising obligation, which consists of selling a minimum of 5 tickets @ $125 per ticket for a Jazz Brunch event; 2 tickets @ $100 per ticket for a Kicks and Cocktails event; and 2 tickets @ $55 per ticket for a Tickled Pink event. By checking this box, the above named soror: 1) confirms receipt of this notice of the 2025 Fundraising Obligation; 2) understands that by submitting a payment of the 2025 chapter dues, the above named soror accepts the responsibility to satisfy the fundraising obligation; 3) understands that chapter dues for the 2026 fiscal year will not be accepted until all financial assessments for 2025 have been satisfied (TPO Bylaws Article VII, Section 6). Additionally, requests to transfer membership can also be delayed until all financial obligations have been satisfied.*

Due to my the late payment of my chapter dues, I understand that I will be held responsible for any late fees assessed by the International Office on my behalf. I further understand that my per capita payment, which is required in order to maintain active membership in AKA, will not be forwarded to the International Office until I forward all late fee amounts to the chapter.*
