Olney Days brings our community together and helps define who we are. It’s a beloved tradition that fosters connection, pride, and fun for all ages.
Hosting this multi-day event comes at a significant cost—over $50,000 each year. Some of the major expenses include:
$12,000 – Park rental for Party in the Park
$10,000 – Two stages, sound equipment, and generators
$9,000 – Fireworks display
$7,000 – Rentals for portapotties, tents, tables, and chairs
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, over half of these costs are covered. The remainder is funded through donations and on-site sales during the events. Importantly, all events remain free to attend, keeping Olney Days accessible for everyone.
