The Vestavia hills Arts Council is pleased to announce the third&nbsp; annual Artstober City Hall Art Exhibition. &nbsp;The gallery will be available to the public throughout the month of October. &nbsp;This month -long exhibition of paintings will feature local artists and will be held at the Vestavia Hills City Hall. &nbsp;This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents to our community.
