The Fat Tuesday Flint River Golf Cart Parade RegistrationJoin us for a spectacular and fun Mardi Gras Parade along the Flint River ending on the square in Historic Downtown Bainbridge on Fat Tuesday 2-13-2021! Bring the family and line up along the River Walk and Water St leading into Downtown to watch the parade. If you really want to get in on the fun, register a golf cart or side by side below. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd cash prizes given to the best decorated entries! This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT! After the parade, stay for the party in Downtown Bainbridge! The Common 'Taters 11 piece band will be performing from 8-10, bounce house and obstacle course, beignets sold on the square and all restaurants will have Mardi Gras themed offerings. Parade Details/Rules--Golf Carts and Side by Sides ONLY!--Throws are highly encouraged!--ALL entries MUST be decorated and decorative lights are required.--All drivers MUST be 18 or older and be a licensed driver and abide by all laws for recreational vehicles.--No glass, coolers or weapons allowed.--Any signage displayed MUST be family friendly and will be approved at parade line up.--Winners will be announced and awards given after the parade by the band in Willis Park.-- Line up of golf carts/side by sides will be on Hatcher Rd starting at 4:30, parade will start at 6:30. Parking and more line up details will be emailed closer to the event once we receive all entries.
