IDF 2023 December Virtual Forum - Talent, Talent, Talent

Focus Central Pennsylvania, a regional economic development marketing alliance, has been hosting Industrial Development Forums since 2017 to bring likeminded professionals together that have an interest in investing in Central PA or interest in supporting smart economic growth and investment. The December IDF will be our final virtual forum for 2023. 

The keynote will highlight that talent has surpassed location as a key criterion in site searches and share value add information about talent and labor assessments for companies making location or expansion decisions. With a tight labor market and many challenges they will share advice, best practices, and recommendations for companies to assess, find and retain the talent a company needs to be successful long term.

The December Forum will include networking and engagement with those active with investment projects in Central PA; highlights on WIN investment projects and available properties throughout the region; a presentation from a partner sponsor with valuable content and an overview of upcoming events and initiatives that accomplish the mission to attract investment that cultivates economic growth in Central Pennsylvania!
