Thursday, August 3 

·       9-10 a.m. – Welcome Address- Mayor Anna Stout, CEO Roice Hurst Humane Society

·       10:15-11:15 a.m. – Plenary Session 1-Kimberly Starrs President and CEO Inland SoCal United Way  

·       11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – Lunch (included)

·       1-2:15 p.m. – Functional Area Breakout 1 

·       2:30-3:45 p.m. – Functional Area Breakout 2 

·       4-4:30 p.m. – ALICE Update 

·       5-6 p.m. – Happy Hour  

·       6 p.m. and later – Dinner (on your own) 

Friday, August 4 

·       9-10:15 a.m. – Shared Resources Conversation 

·       10:30-11:45 a.m. – Plenary Session 3: United Way Worldwide Updates with Annie Davies

·       12-1 p.m. – Lunch (included) 

BOOKING A HOTEL ROOM: Call 970-254-9786 and say you are with United Way Colorado Conference looking for group hotel block room. The group rate for a room at Fairfield Inn & Suites, Tru by Hilton, or the Hampton Inn is $179 per night. You are able to get this rate for a stay between August 2-5. Cut-off date to book a reserved room at this rate is July 3, 2023 and after this date, all rooms not reserved will go back into the hotel's inventory. Parking is $11 per night. In case you need to cancel, you may do so with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund (24 hours before August 2). Breakfast is included.
