If you're feeling emotionally, mentally, or spiritually stuck we invite you to join us for The Healing Art Circles Workshop! * Creative Roots Foundation is proud to present special guest artist Wendie Appel, who will lead participants through a transformative Healing Power of Art process using watercolors and micron pens. *Please Note Seating is limited! The Healing Art Circles workshop helps you work through emotional blocks, let go of stressors, shift mindset, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Suggested materials for the workshop:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">watercolors</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">watercolor paper</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">at least one round paintbrush (size 8, 10 or 12 is great) or a 1/2" flat paintbrush</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">One micron pen, or the equivalent.</li></ul>Alternate supplies:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Instead of a micron pen, a ball point pen or pencil</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Instead of watercolors, colored pencils or markers. Note: markers take longer to color in the circles. </li></ul>Tiny Art Stories was founded by Wendie Appel in 2020 with the mission to help individuals connect to their deeper selves through Art as Therapy. Workshops focus on honoring our individual creativity while aiding in getting unstuck emotionally, physically or mentally, shifting mindset outlook, reducing anxiety, and increasing mindfulness. The Art as Therapy exercises offered by Tiny Art Stories are science-backed and provide the stimulus of self-discovery and growth through art.
