Hello All,This is a reminder email: We are looking forward to seeing you Saturday, May 2, for Eden Aoba Taiko&rsquo;s Farewell performance!&nbsp;&nbsp;To ensure a smooth afternoon, please review the following details for the&nbsp;Douglas Morrisson Theater&nbsp;in Hayward:&nbsp;Arrival &amp; Timing&bull; 1:00 PM: Lobby doors open (Silent Auction begins!)&bull; 1:30 PM: Theater doors open for seating&bull; 2:00 PM: Performance begins&nbsp;Parking &amp; The Gardens&bull; Parking is limited. We highly encourage carpooling, using public transit, or taking a rideshare like Uber or Lyft.&bull; Japanese Gardens: The adjacent gardens are open from 8:30 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM. Access to the grounds is free and a great way to spend time before the show.&nbsp;Check-In &amp; Seating&bull; Tickets: Please present your emailed ticket(s) on your phone, printed out, or provide your name at the door.&bull; Sold Out: This event is at full capacity. We kindly ask that you do not leave any empty seats between parties so we can accommodate every guest.&nbsp;Special Features&bull; Silent Auction: Various Japanese items will be available for bidding in the lobby&mdash;don&#39;t miss out!&bull; Livestream: The concert will be livestreamed and later posted to YouTube for those unable to attend.
