HYPE NJ Foundation

Upon submission of this application, the HYPE NJ Foundation will evaluate all information provided and confirm if space is available for your child. 

Please be on the lookout for a confirmation email with additional instructions, if your child is selected.   

If selected, you will have the option to pay the full year's program fees upfront in full for a 10% discount. Options to sign up for monthly or weekly payments basis will also be made available. Please indicate your preference.

Application: After School Program - 2023 / 2024 School Year

Thank you for applying to the HYPE NJ Foundation's (HYPE) after school care program.  Please fill out the information in this application in its entirety.  If your child is selected for the after school program, you will receive an email with additional instructions and forms to fill out.  Registration for the HYPE after school care program is not complete until all forms have been completed in full and delivered, in person, to the HYPE administrative offices at 2312 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.   At HYPE, we champion the transformative power of play for every child in our community. Rooted in a belief that growth, creativity, and connection flourish through play, we strive to foster environments where children can explore, imagine, and thrive. As a New Jersey nonprofit, our commitment extends beyond our walls, uniting the community in a shared vision to uplift and celebrate our youngest members. We are currently and proudly working with Sky Zone of Hamilton to support this initiative, and our after school care program will be available at the address noted below.
