Thank you for volunteering!  Every 4 hours total that you help out, you'll get one day free at RinCon.  There are many ways to get involved, both before and during the convention - check out all the links to see what works best for you.  To sign up for shifts, select 1 in the drop-down menu for each shift you'd like, and then click on "Select" at the bottom of the page.

This is the form to sign up for helping out onsite at the Games Library/Play-to-Win area during RinCon 2024 (November 15-17).  Duties require use of phone/iPad based system to check games in and out, explaining the check-out and play-to-win process to attendees, and answering their general questions in a friendly, efficient, and helpful way.  You will mostly be seated during your shift.  This volunteer position is great for folks who are comfortable interacting with people in a quiet setting.  There will always be one RinCon board member or designated shift supervisor per shift at the registration desk (just outside the door to the library/Play-to-Win room) for support as needed.
