El Paso Bar Foundation&#39;s Annual Holiday Raffle 2025 Enter the El Paso Bar Foundation&#39;s Holiday Raffle for a chance to win 1 of 3 prizes that illustrate the beauty of our tri-state, bi-national region. Your purchase of a raffle ticket helps us fund next year&#39;s grants competitively awarded to local nonprofits true to our mission. Award recipients of next year&#39;s Foundation Grant will help support, promote and encourage programs in the furtherance of justice, public service and legal education in the El Paso community.&nbsp; Three drawings will be held this year for the chance to win the following prizes: 1st Drawing: A weekend retreat for up to 18 guests at a luxurious lake house with a spectacular view of Grindstone Lake in Ruidoso, NM. This includes two nights stay, Friday through Sunday (non-peak season); subject to available dates and approval from property owner.
