Join us for a unique experience aboard&nbsp;Elvira, a 1906 Gill Smith racing sloop. Discover how this historic vessel gracefully sails our bay, just as she did at the beginning of the 20th century. Sailing time is approximately 2 hours, departing from and returning to Bellport Marina. No previous sailing experience is required. Important information: - BHVP require all participants to sign a waiver, please review and fill out your waiver prior to arriving for your sail for easier check-in here: https://forms.gle/fCacNqVPbp4WMFN48 What to bring to your sail:- Close-toed shoes with good traction.- Comfortable sports clothing that can get wet.- Sun protection (Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).- Water bottle.- Snack (if you&#39;d like).- Rain jacket, layers, hat, and gloves when appropriate. We have life jackets (PFDs) available for everyone on board upon request or at the captain&rsquo;s discretion. You are also welcome to bring your own USCG-approved PFD if you prefer.
