*Locations will be sent upon invitation.* Connect-US brings transitioning servicemembers together with experienced business executives for an evening of meaningful conversation, career exploration, and connection. Each event begins with a brief welcome and introduction to the evening, followed by a series of 15-minute conversations with 7–8 Executive Mentors. These one-on-one discussions give servicemembers the opportunity to share their experiences, interests, career goals, and questions while gaining valuable insight and perspective from leaders across a variety of industries. Following the conversations, mentors identify the servicemember they feel they can best support based on their experience, expertise, and ability to make a meaningful impact. Mentor and servicemember then reconnect to discuss next steps and begin developing a plan for moving forward together. The goal is simple: to create genuine connections that help servicemembers better understand what is possible, where their skills can take them, and how to successfully navigate the transition into civilian life and work.
