Grants entry to the program with access to standard amenities and activities. This gift to the community allows participants to enjoy this $1,600 12-week program for only $25 (covers the cost of a t-shirt & award).

🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at Energy Angel Cares&#39; HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FREDERICKSBURG CHALLENGE. &nbsp;It&#39;s a program event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉 Each Energy Angel Cares Fredericksburg Healthy Lifestyle Challenge cohort launches with assessments and live fitness classes on the CSPLEX Campus in Fredericksburg. Certified fitness instructors, personal trainers, physicians, nurses, and volunteers from the US-based non-profit agency Energy Angel Cares and The Energy Angel will conduct fitness classes and wellness education sessions. Participants will be introduced to and participate in a variety of fitness classes, including bodyweight strength training, Zumba, and dance fitness, Spin &amp; Beats (indoor cycle), Ab-Attack, HIIT &amp; Sculpt, and more. Each session provides compassionate and concise nutrition, fitness, and wellness information that supports optimal health and wellness while dispelling myths and creating opportunities for Q&amp;A. During launch week, we will offer an event open to the community, allowing residents to sample our fitness classes. After the launch week, participants will follow a wellness program in a self-guided app for daily bodyweight workouts and access to in-app chats with wellness coaches. &nbsp;Participants will participate in bi-weekly live fitness &amp; nutrition classes held at the CSPLEX campus. &nbsp;They can also log daily workouts, nutrition &amp; progress photos directly in the app. Periodic virtual check-in sessions (via Zoom) enable coaches to assess needs.&nbsp; At the end of the 12 weeks, the Energy Angel Cares team will return for final assessments and awards. After the awards, we&rsquo;ll welcome prospective participants to apply for the next cohort.
