Have you ever wondered how a radio station is run? Join us for a tour of the studios that bring you KJZZ (91.5, your award-winning local NPR member station) and KBACH (Classical, 89.5). You will learn about the engineering and technology that bring the stories and music you love to the airwaves, home speakers, and wherever you listen. You will have the opportunity to meet on-air hosts, and hear from technologists at the station responsible for the engineering behind the scenes. The 1-hour tour and info session will be followed by a 30-minute networking over light refreshments. This tour is hosted by the Friends of Public Radio Arizona, which assures the future vitality and excellence of our community's public radio and broadens its support.
