Senior Leader Qualification

A Senior Leader is an established ministry or Kingdom leader who carries primary responsibility for governing, overseeing, building, or directing a church, ministry, organization, network, movement, or significant department.

Qualifying leaders include:

• Senior Pastors and Lead Pastors
• Founding Pastors or Ministry Founders
• Apostles and Prophets who actively oversee ministries, networks, or regions
• Bishops, Overseers, and Presiding Prelates
• Executive Pastors and Campus Pastors with governing authority
• Ministry Directors who oversee major departments, teams, or initiatives
• Marketplace or governmental leaders with executive-level responsibility and recognized Kingdom influence
• Spiritual leaders who provide covering, mentorship, or accountability to other leaders

A qualifying Senior Leader should demonstrate:

• A proven history of leadership, integrity, and faithful service
• Responsibility for making significant organizational or ministry decisions
• Oversight of leaders, staff, members, partners, or ministries
• Accountability for the vision, direction, health, and growth of an organization
• Recognition by others as a trusted and established leader
• A present assignment that requires advanced strategy, spiritual intelligence, impartation, and prayer
