We invite you to our intentional open mic—where you don’t have to perform, you can simply be seen. Come and express yourself within a circle of mindful, talented, kind, and creative people. We’ll begin with a silent meditation to arrive together in the body. Then, we’ll receive a drumming sound bath meditation. After a round of introductions, the space will open. One at a time, you’re invited to step forward and share how you express who you are on a deeper level. All means and methods are welcome—music, dance, poetry, comedy, visual arts, parkour, or anything else you feel called to bring. However it comes through, we want to witness you in your creative expression. Once everyone has had a chance to share, we’ll move into an open, collaborative space where we co-create together—through music, art, drawing, movement, dance, or simply witnessing what unfolds.
