Large Oval shaped ravioli that are made with thin and tender pasta. They are abundantly filled with Impastata ricotta cheese, Mozzarella, Romano & Parmesan Cheeses. These are just like Nonna used to make. Drop in gently boiling water for approx. 7-8 min. Scoop out of the water and drain. Sauce simply with olive oil, marinara or a meat sauce.

Add your favorite sauce to bottom of baking dish and place manicotti on the sauce. Add more sauce to cover the manicotti completely. Cover with alum foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approx. 40 min until internal temp reaches 165.

We place them on a generous amount of our house made marinara sauce and add parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the top. They are SO juicy and fork tender. Preheat oven to 375 and remove from plastic bag. Tent with foil to prevent sticking. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 55-60 minutes until internal temp reaches 165. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
