Explore Ease, our foundational program Join us for an experiential class to explore somatic practices, breathwork, gentle movement and space to connect with your true self in a safe and supportive community. Living in our &lsquo;constant on&rsquo; state leaves us drained and feeling disconnected, from others and from ourselves. &nbsp;Through simple practices to help you regulate your nervous system, connect with your breath, focus your mind, hold space for your emotions and move your body, you can come back into connection and feel greater ease and harmony. Sometimes it takes having a safe space to finally allow the body, mind and energies to reset, away from the demands and chaos of normal life.&nbsp; We invite you to join us to Explore Ease, an experiential workshop-style event with practices to cultivate inner safety and bring yourself back into connection and alignment, a rehoming to your authentic nature. In this environment, you&rsquo;ll be guided to explore what ease means for you, knowing this looks different for each person. &nbsp;Elaine Gallas, LPC, Sheryl Fatse, Somatic Coach, and Jen Rizza, RYT and Reiki Master offer a variety of practices to help you reconnect with your inner landscape so you can show up with more resiliency and harmony in your daily life.
