About the artist:Lynn Jones has been an artist all of her life, and her path was encouraged early on by her high school art teacher. While earning her art degree in college, she sold her first oil painting to the Dean of the College. Her education later expanded into International Business and a Master of Business Administration, but creativity has remained a constant thread throughout her life. Over the years, Lynn has worked in sewing, quilting, jewelry design, a bridal business, interior design, and gardening. It is that last passion that most inspires her artwork today. She taught business for more than 15 years and now teaches art classes in professional colored pencil, watercolor, and pastel. In addition to formal classes, she offers private lessons and accepts commissions. She has lived in Wyoming for more than 30 years, with sales, classes, and exhibits reaching all 50 states.
