Some seats that appear as unavailable on our interactive seating chart may be unsold but administratively blocked for the sake of avoiding such issues as a single empty seat between each couple and/or three (3) tables of three (3) attendees each that could have been one (1) table of nine (9) attendees in the event that we don't sell out.

Before launching this form, please gather Plus Card Numbers from any fundraising (Kroger Community Rewards) families in your group.  This number will need to be entered for each “Fundraiser” group ticket purchased (max two [2] per household), and the prom committee will match up the names and numbers entered here with the names and numbers submitted by the families themselves when they submitted their own Kroger Community Rewards forms.
