Event closed

For the first time ever, join the IN Affiliate of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) and the Indiana Midwives Association (IMA) for a combined Midwife Retreat/Conference, or ReCon, at Fort Benjamin. The weekend is open to all birthworkers (midwives, doulas, nurses, OB/GYNs, Family Practice, and any students) - Registration closes October 31st, 2024.

--------------------------------------

Join us for our Annual Midwife retreat on November 1-3, 2024. This year we are partnering with the Indiana Midwives Association (IMA) and we are offering CME for our conference as well as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) training!

The retreat will start on Friday November 1st. Retreat participants will have the chance to let loose and hang out with midwives and other birth workers for structured (and unstructured) fun and games!

This year we will be staying in beautiful Ft Harrison State Park located at 6000 N Post Rd Indianapolis, IN 46216.

We have lodging available for the first 24 registrants!  With this limited space, make sure to register soon if you want to participate in the retreat portion of Re-Con!

On Friday night we will start with dinner and Trivia.

On Saturday morning, retreat participants will have the chance to meet for a yoga session and a grab and go breakfast. After that, retreat participants and Conference participants will have the chance to earn 5 CEUs which will take place in the Roosevelt Room at Ft Harrison! We will also have vendors and sponsors tables to check out. Saturday will be an awesome opportunity to network and learn together.

After the conference, retreat participants are invited to join us for an ecstatic dance session and another night of lodging at Ft Harrison.

On Sunday we are offering a day of NRP. This will be an additional charge. NRP is open to retreat and conference participants as well as others who are only interested in this offering.

Below is the cost breakdown:
