Refund Policy: All registration refund requests must be made in writing to treasurer@amwancal.org by May 15, 2024 (11:59 PM Pacific Time) to be eligible for a partial refund. Approved requests will result in refund the registration fee minus a $35 administrative fee. Requests made after May 15, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund for any reason. No refunds or credit will be given for failure to attend, no shows, late arrival, or early departure. Conference registrations are non-transferable. Health & Safety Protocols: AMWA NorCal will monitor applicable national, state, and local public health mandates and other guidance, and may implement event attendance policies as necessary to protect the health and safety of all attendees.
