Through the generous support of the Southern California Edison (SCE), The Health Consortium of Greater San Gabriel Valley is excited to host its 2024 San Gabriel Valley (SGV) Health Summit at the SCE Education Center in Irwindale. About the 2024 SGV Health SummitThe 2024 San Gabriel Valley (SGV) Health Summit prioritizes use of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) lens to understand and address several leading health and behavioral health priorities in the SGV. This lens encompasses the pivotal role that social inequities, structural racism and social determinants of health have on access to information, services and resources by vulnerable and oppressed communities. Summit attendees will include health and behavioral health professionals, organizations/agencies, institutions, and students. Following a Keynote on Health Status & Inequities in the Greater San Gabriel Valley, event sessions will include hospital approaches to addressing DEI, interdisciplinary approaches to addressing substance abuse disorders, and a training to build capacity for serving LGBTQ+ people. A lunch session will be co-hosted with the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership to cultivate and bolster the SGV health and behavioral health workforce by facilitating meaningful connections between organizations and sharing valuable resources and innovative partnership models.

Cancellations will be refunded in full, less the ticket processing fees, within 15 business days. If a person fails to cancel at least 72 hours before the session, or fails to attend, refund claims will be denied and not processed. If the Health Consortium cancels the conference or session for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid within 15 days.
