Grill Teams - Welcome!

Here are the basics:

Winn-Dixie the Beef People bringing Certified Angus New York Strip Steaks

You bring the Grill, Grills, or flattop, charcoal/propane grill, etc. 

You mix together that amazing seasoning 

Gather a group of 10 amazing folks - Perfection comes within a small group. 

Make sure to have friends cheering you on!

We give you a table and the Grill Paper Products (We will share the supply list)

We provide the extinguisher (safety first)

You can bring a tent, chairs, ice chests, prep tables, etc. 

Captain's Meeting will be October 1st - 5:30pm 

Join us for tasting or put in a team and have a great time on Friday October 11th, 2024 at Seville Quarter, Pensacola FL, gates open at 6pm.

About this Event

Welcome to the 12th Annual Seville Rotary Steak Cook-Off where you can come out and enjoy delicious New York strip steak tasting provided by Winn Dixie and prepared by 20 competing teams. Each ticket holder will receive a ticket to vote for their favorite steak. Guests can also vote with dollar donations as well. (All money collected will go to charity programs.) Beverages include beer and wines for responsible enjoyment. A complementary mash potato bar and salad bar is available in the courtyard. In addition, 2 beverage tickets are included for your choice of beer and wine. (Please drink responsibly.) Be surrounded by community and fun with festivities in the courtyard and the entire block in front of Seville Quarter. Enjoy a live DJ show put on by Kulture Kreated, exciting raffle prizes, and a silent auction put on by our fantastic partners.

General Admission Ticket provides:

A $50 General Admission ticket gets attendees access to taste an assortment of grilled Certified Angus New York strip steaks provided by Winn Dixie and prepared by up to 20 teams competing for an iconic traveling trophy and the bragging rights of winning the 12th Annual Steak Cook Off presented by Seville Rotary Club. Our non-profit beneficiaries that receive benefits this year are Manna Food Pantries, Gulf Coast Kids House, Arc-Gateway, Children's Home Society, and Ready Kids. We want you to be a part of the tastiest fundraising event in Pensacola. Get your tickets today! $40 in advance $50 at the door.

Seville Rotary Steak Cook-Off VIP offers a refined take on the Steak Cook-Off inside Heritage Hall. Enjoy the amenities by relaxing in air-conditioned, comfortable seating with your friends, colleagues, and guests with access to the exclusive restrooms and VIP entrance off Tarragona Street. From 5:15pm – 6:00pm, VIP will have private access to the Grill Teams and Cook-Off festivities. Start with cold refreshments including Gold Ring sponsored premium beers and seltzers, select wines, frozen cocktails and a fully staffed cash bar. Stroll with your drink and enjoy the first tastes of the best steaks while talking with the teams. Come back inside for a fully loaded mash potato bar and Seville’s signature salad bar. Your experience will be enhanced by a string trio performing inside the VIP hall. Topping your evening off will be a decadent sweet treat.
