If your answer is not listed feel free to reach out the earthdaypcola@gmail.com The event will be Sunday, April 21, 2024, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at Bayview Park, Pensacola. Vendors/exhibitors must be set up by 9:30 a.m. and must not start breaking down their exhibit space until 4:00 p.m. 1.    Booth size is 10’x10’. 2.    Participants will set-up and break down their own booths. Participants are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Rental fee is for the space only. 3.    No tent stakes allowed by order of the City of Pensacola. Bring some type of weights to weigh down your tent. 4.    Electricity and water are not readily available. Contact us as soon as possible if electricity and water are necessary for your display. You must supply your own extension cords and hoses. Space is limited. 5.    Booth set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed by 9:30 a.m. 6.    Along with this agreement, for promotional purposes please include your bio, logo or official image, press kit, and/or other marketing materials, if available. 7.    Participants are responsible for any local, state, or federal laws applicable to their business. 8.    Participants agree to collect and remit all sales tax, pay any business fee, and/or government fines as legally required. The Earth Day committee is required to furnish a list of vendors to the Florida Department of Revenue. 9.    For safety reasons, no open flames, burning of incense, or smudging will be permitted. 10.    Earth Day Pensacola is for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. The planning committee and sponsors, wholly or individually, are not responsible for any negligence, claims, or actions of the vendors or exhibitors, although we will do our best to maintain the integrity and respectability of the event for the greatest good of all concerned. 11.    Earth Day Pensacola reserves the right to refuse or cancel any vendor or exhibitor without a reason and with a full refund of any booth fees received. This includes prior to and during the event. 12.    You are responsible for maintenance and cleanup of your booth area and disposal of your own trash in an environmentally friendly manner. Your area must be clean and vacated by 5:00 p.m. 13.    Special accommodations must be requested at least one month prior to the festival. 14.    Earth Day Pensacola is science-based and non-partisan. We do not allow political parties, candidates, or their representatives as vendors at the festival. Earth Day Pensacola is a FREE community festival on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Bayview Park, 2001 East Lloyd Street Pensacola, FL 32503 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  We are currently seeking sponsors of all levels and abilities for this community-building, earth-centered event! The event will include: (1) exhibits featuring local businesses and non-profit organizations who are making positive differences in Pensacola, (2) live music and entertainment, arts market, vegan/vegetarian food vendors, garden display, and children’s activities, and (3) educational resources for festival-goers to learn how individual and collective choices beyond Earth Day impact our environment both locally and globally. Earth Day Pensacola is entirely volunteer-led, and this event is only made possible through the generosity of businesses and community members like you!  All proceeds go directly toward funding the festival.  Sponsorship levels and benefits are listed below. Many hands makes for lighter load for all.  In 2022 we started EcoKids specifically for the youth in all of us to celebrate art in all its forms &amp; remember we create our future through our intentional actions.  These festivals wouldn't happen if it wasn't for small vendor fees from for-profit businesses, generous sponsors &amp; donors over the yearsNon-Profit programs with similar values are always free to host a spot. In honor of transparency it costs about $5000 on average to put on one of these festivals plus some smaller annual costs just to keep the committee legal. We would like to raise enough funds to cover our annual essentials PLUS give back into the community programs along the Gulf Coast.
