Before proceeding with registration, please read the registration terms and conditions here: 2025 ECAASU Conference Attendee Agreement and Code of Conduct

You must complete the form and submit payment for your registration at the same time, so please have your payment information ready before you start filling out the form. The Conference will be hosted from April 11th-13th in Washington, D.C. All programming, unless specified as "off-site," will take place at the Marriott Metro Center Hotel. Below is the general schedule to refer to for planning travel/lodging; a finalized schedule will published on our website and sent to attendees closer to the Conference date. 

Friday, April 11 (3 - 9:30PM)

• Afternoon: Registration Check-in (begins at 3PM)
• Evening: Opening Ceremony w/ Keynote Speaker
• Optional Social Mixer (off-site)

Saturday, April 12 (8AM - 10PM)

• Morning: Breakfast, Workshop Block A, Guest Speaker Session
• Afternoon: Lunch, Workshop Block B/C, Caucuses
• Evening: Dinner, Closing Ceremony (off-site) 

Sunday, April 13(Check-out day)

No formal programming; optional activities

Hotel recommendations are listed below. ECAASU does not provide hotel blocks for the following:

• JW Marriott Washington, DC
• Hotel Washington
• Hyatt Centric Arlington*
• Residence Inn Arlington Rosslyn*
• Sonesta Select Arlington Rosslyn*

* These hotels are located in Arlington, VA. Attendees can use the metro to commute into DC. 

NOTE: April is peak cherry blossom tourist season with higher than average hotel rates, so we recommend booking lodging ASAP!

Registration Rates: 

• Workshop facilitator flat rate: $45/attendee
• Early Registration (Dec 1 - Jan 1) rate: $75/attendee
• Regular Registration (Jan 2 - Mar 31) rate: $90/attendee
• Regular Group of 10+ rate (Jan 2 - Mar 31): $85/attendee

• Late Registration (Apr 1 - 6) rate: $100/attendee
