What you can expect during this workshop:What is stopping you from achieving that goal? &nbsp;What are you afraid of? &nbsp;You may, or may not know, but during this workshop we will talk about that goal that seams out of reach and dive into the reasons why. &nbsp; As a survivor of many years of abuse, fear was an every day part of my life! &nbsp;I will share with you my journey and how I overcame my fears. &nbsp;I will offer a safe place to discover and talk about what you are afraid of and how you too can face those fears. I will offer 2 follow up group zoom meetings to check in and encourage you on your journey. &nbsp;
