The Weekend Lunch Buddy Program is designed to address food insecurity for students in the Lucia Mar Unified School District. Fairgrove Elementary has currently identified five (5) students who need food support on the weekends.&nbsp; Use this form to sign up to bring 5 weekend lunch bags to the school. Select the week you are going to sign up for on the form - if you wish to sign up for multiple weeks, you can note this on the second page of this form. The bag is not meant to be all the food for the child and their family, just a small bag to help them through the weekend. The food should be nonperishable and kept in sealed containers or baggies. An example of a food bag is: a protein, a ramen, an oatmeal packet, a granola bar, a fruit or juice &amp; a sweet. After you complete the sign up form, we will send you an email with instructions on packing the lunch bags and contact information at the school.
