At Hidden Pastures Farm, our herd of horses helps guide a 6-week small group experience designed to restore balance, deepen confidence, and create a sense of belonging. This program is both trauma-informed and growth-focused—meaning it’s safe and supportive for women healing from difficult experiences, while also welcoming to anyone seeking more peace, clarity, and authentic connection.
