Young men ages 7-12 will experience dance movement and conditioning exercises that improve balance, coordination, agility and strength. The connection between increased athleticism and dance movement will be explored. No dance experience is necessary but spots are limited so register today!

Participants should wear something comfortable; anything from sweats to a tutu is acceptable! &nbsp;No street shoes are allowed in our dance studios, so participants can have bare feet, sock feet, or dance shoes (ballet or jazz shoes).&nbsp; A confirmation email will be sent to you with more information prior to the workshop.
