Help us show our appreciation and fuel our incredible teachers and staff during conference week! We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Luncheon Lead (or co-leads) to plan, coordinate, and host a special lunch in the library.

• Planning & Coordination: Select the menu, organize food donations or catering orders, and manage sign-ups for drinks, sides, and paper goods.
• Setup & Food Presentation: Transform the library meeting space, arrange tables, set out food and refreshments, and create a warm, welcoming buffet area before staff arrives.
• Takedown & Library Reset: Clear away leftover food, pack up supplies, wipe down surfaces, and return the library furniture to its original layout.

Take charge of the fun! You’ll oversee the planning, setup, and operation of our games and activity stations, ensuring volunteers know their roles.

Dance Lead (1 Opening)

Bring the energy to the Big Gym! You’ll coordinate our dance area, including gym decor, chaperone check-ins, and keeping the vibe fun and safe for our kiddos.

Concessions Lead (1 Opening)

Keep the crowd fueled and happy! You’ll manage inventory, set up the snack and drink stations, handle cash/digital payment systems, and guide volunteer cashiers during peak rush times.

• Cashier & Checkout Monitor: Assist students with tallying purchases, managing payment lines, and ensuring a smooth, organized checkout experience.
• Gift Wrapping Station: Wrap, tag, and ribbon student purchases so their holiday surprises stay top-secret until the big day.
• Daily Setup & Final Breakdown: Prepare merchandise tables and wrapping stations before opening, restock supplies, and assist with tidying and final cleanup.
