VENDORS CAN:

✓ Promote your business or organization

✓ Display brochures, cards and signage

✓ Offer an approved family-friendly activity or giveaway

✓ Display ONE optional QR code for families to learn more or voluntarily opt into marketing

✓ Talk with families and answer questions

PLEASE NOTE:

✕ No selling products or services at Fall Fest

✕ No collecting payments, orders or donations

✕ No required sign-ups or contact information collection

✕ Do not collect names, emails or phone numbers from children

✕ No photographing/videoing students without appropriate permission

✕ No access to electricity at booth locations

QR CODES & MARKETING

QR codes are welcome when they give families a voluntary way to visit your website, request information, join an email list, follow social media, or learn more. Please clearly state what the QR code does. Scanning it must never be required to participate in a booth activity or receive a giveaway.

BOOTH EXPECTATIONS Keep displays clean, professional and family-friendly; stay within your assigned space; keep walkways and exits clear; staff your booth during the agreed event period; and leave the area clean at the end of the event. Any giveaways, activities, food samples or promotional materials should be approved by the Fall Fest Committee in advance.
