If your family is currently enrolled with CMO and could use a little extra support this holiday season, we invite you to sign up to receive one Thanksgiving Basket per family. Each basket will include a variety of non-perishable food items, such as:

stuffing, pasta and sauce, rice, canned vegetables, boxed potatoes, boxed mac & cheese, beans, and boxed dessert.

Additional Food Shares, may include produce, bread, eggs, and yogurt, will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Please select only ONE ticket type per family, as only one Thanksgiving Basket is available per household.

CMO enrollment will be verified prior to distribution to ensure eligibility.
