Interested in learning more about volunteering with Making Strides Foundation? Join us for our Fall Volunteer Orientation & Information Session to learn more about our organization, volunteer opportunities, and what it means to be part of our team. During the session, participants will learn about volunteer roles and expectations, eligibility and required clearances, and what to expect when volunteering at the farm. The session will also include a tour of our facilities and an opportunity to meet members of our team, including our herd! Volunteers must be at least 14 years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and able to walk comfortably for 30 minutes at a time. Required clearances include Child Abuse Clearance, Background Check, and appropriate Fingerprinting. Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate barn attire.
