This outing supports CCID&rsquo;s mission to make learning hands-on, relevant, and curious. Please complete this form so we can plan safe group sizes, equipment, and supervision for every paddler.&nbsp; Participant Release Forms will need to be signed on-site prior to getting in a kayak. &nbsp;Adult supervision is required during the duration of the event. &nbsp; Note: Bring your own snacks and water.&nbsp;
