Join us at Big City Kids for a magical Family Wellness Afternoon presented by Just Play by E.CO.  This special event brings together movement, mindfulness and community connection for families of all ages. Guests will enjoy a preview of the incredible family classes and wellness offerings available throughout our county - from music, dance, Pilates to storytelling, yoga, and holistic home support. It is the perfect opportunity to explore what our community provides for children and families, all in one uplifting afternoon.. Most importantly, the afternoon is dedicated to giving back. All donations from this event benefit The Shelter for Abused Women &amp; Children, an organization that provides safety, support and a pathway to rebuilding lives during the greatest times of need. Minimum donation of $10 pp for ages 2 and up covers all 4 classes to make it affordable for families, we do want to make a big impact for the Shelter, so additional donations are so appreciated.  100% of the proceeds go directly to the Shelter for Abused Women and Children. Classes are back-to-back so you can enjoy one or more classes or take a refreshment break at Riptide Brewing Co. in between classes.  You can stay and play at the brewery afterwards in their open space with fun games and atmosphere.    Please bring a mat, towel or blanket.  Attire: Clothes you can move easily in  Class Lineup Melody &amp; Me Music Together brings families together in a warm, supportive environment to sign, dance, and jam.  Great for ages 1-5 CHEERFUL Pilates with Poms, Moms &amp; Mini Me’swith Michelle Lee of Starlet PilatesA spirited and fun family Pilates class with poms and cheerful choreography that welcomes every age and stage.
