Join us for a morning of family yoga at Sunflower Studio in Taylorsville. Autistic kids, siblings, parents, and caregivers are all welcome on the mat together. 🩵 Our trauma-informed and adaptive-yoga certified instructor keeps things low-pressure and flexible. Come as you are, move how you want, and take breaks whenever you need them. No yoga experience necessary; we&#39;ll have extra mats on hand if you don&#39;t have your own.
