Join us for an interactive art experience Fantastic Forest at Museum of Contemporary Art Flagstaff.  We are inviting you exploring the northern Arizona forest and all of the natural beauty found here. Fantastic Forest is an immersive art experience designed to spark the curiosity of young artists with engaging activities all themed with the flora and fauna of Northern Arizona.  Blending together play and creativity in an art exhibit where everything is ok to touch and interact with. Fantastic forest will be open with activities and art projects for all ages (environment built for play for under 7) on May 31st (10am-2pm) and June 7th (10am-4pm).  Adult supervision required.  (Tickets not necessary for accompanying adults) Daytime activities include an Aspen forest play area, a mud monster clay sculpture area, a felt flower and flower crown building station, a coloring pages station, a songbird music corner, a play mushroom forage hunt, and a forest creature snack area.  All participants will also get to make their own cyanotype print to take home as a souvenir. Nighttime after hours opening event on May 31st for 18+ who are still young at heart.  This after hours party will be from 6pm to 10pm on May 31st only. Our after hours party will include DJs, live music accompaniments, visual performances, and dance performances.
