Our Sustainable Nutrition Series continues with upcoming sessions in (May) improving soil quality and growing nutrient dense food, (June) harvesting herbs and making your own tea blends, and (July) creating a meal out of foraged items. The May class will dive deeply into growing nutrient dense food with tips on remineralizing your soil, how much to water, pest resistance and more. We'll also spend time outside transplanting seedlings. Composting is just the beginning! Remember to dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes; we'll always spend a portion of our classes outside on the farm. Classes are never canceled but may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain. We strive to make this series accessible by allowing participants to self select the level that works for them. Purchase ALL THREE SPRING/SUMMER CLASSES FOR $90, OR Use SN50 for a 50% discount on admission;  Use SN100 to attend a single class for free.  Join us at the beautiful Massaro Community Farm 15 minutes outside downtown New Haven in exploring topics that support your individual health and the health of our planet.
