Vendors must vend a Mardi Gras related item, specialty and have table decorated.

All registrations are subject to approval of the Mardi Gras Ball planning committee.

• Confirmed vendor space in high traffic
• Spaces must be set up JAN 23 NLT 12pm
• Vendors will be given two vending opportunities, (1pm-5pm),and 7pm-10:30)
• Vendors provide their own 6ft table
• Vendor space is 6ft Table Length

• Organizer provides 2 chairs per table
• Vendors responsible for their cleanup
• No sale of firearms, pornography, alcohol, or counterfeit goods
• No smoking during booth times
• No open flames allowed
• Vendor not allowed to sublet their space
