Raised on the Yakama Reservation, Chief&rsquo;s early life was marked by struggle, loss, and a cycle of self-destruction that ultimately led to his incarceration&mdash;and a trial where he came within one juror of receiving the death penalty at 17 years old. Written and Directed by Brenda Fisher and produced by Blake Pickens.
